Ruffled Scarf

I got really into scarves this winter, stocking up on a number of them and wearing them not just to keep myself warm but as accessories to dress up an outfit a bit more. Now that spring is right around the corner, lightweight ruffled scarves would add the perfect finishing touch. Ruffles and Stuff shows how she cut up scraps from a couple shirts and turned them into a layered ruffled scarf. It looks really easy and a great way to use up fabric scraps or recycle clothing you no longer need.
